range of motion 1 hands

this is for a friend of mine () who wants to know the complete range of motion... but I figure that in order to really explain it goo I would have to spread it out into several parts (I cant fit it all into one page XDD) so here is the first part "hands"
(note: if you can't read what it says up there in the corner it says "all of these were drawn using my left hand as a referance, but they can be flipped and used as the right hand)
